CAE
Our CAE Team is responsible for digitally analysing and optimizing the performance of our Electric Powertrain Systems. They are innovative and skilled problem solvers, using all simulation tools available to us. Where these tools are insufficient or do not exist, they develop novel techniques to establish fast and accurate solutions. They play a critical role in the development of Abhinava Rizel’s next generation of technologies and products, making the world a more efficient consumer of energy.

Electronics Hardware
Our Electronics hardware team takes care of designing and implementing required Electronics Hardware solutions for our Electric Powertrain Systems. They are a set of innovative and skilled problem solvers in the areas of motor control, power conversion, sensors, and communication circuits. They play a critical role in the development of Abhinava Rizel’s next generation of technologies and products, making the world a more efficient consumer of energy.

Mechanical Architecture
As a part of Mechanical Architecture team, you are responsible for the architecture design of state of art electric powertrain systems. You will be responsible for integration and development of parts including but not limited to transmission enclosures, motor enclosures, mountings, shafts, gears, gearboxes, gaskets, etc. with optimum performance, cost, and manufacturability. You will play a critical role in the development of Abhinava Rizel’s next generation of technologies and products, making the world a more efficient consumer of energy.
Our Mechanical Architecture design team has 3 key roles:
Engineer – Mechanical Architecture
Embedded Systems
Our Embedded Systems team takes care of our Motor Control Unit’s (MCU) architecture, implementation, and validation of firmware towards developing state of art Electric Powertrain Systems. They closely work with the Power electronics, Hardware, and Controls team to define and deliver production grade, safety critical firmware. They play a critical role in the development of Abhinava Rizel’s next generation of technologies and products, making the world a more efficient consumer of energy.
The following are the 3 key roles in our Embedded Systems team.
NVH
Our NVH Team takes care of developing and ensuring optimum NVH characteristics for our Electric Powertrain Systems. They closely work with the Structures team and related teams to improve and arrive at optimum designs. They play a critical role in the development of Abhinava Rizel’s next generation of technologies and products, making the world a more efficient consumer of energy.
The following are the 3 key roles in our NVH team.
Power Electronics
Our power electronics team takes care of dynamics modelling, implementation for switching power converters for our Electric Powertrain Systems. They are a team of innovative and skilled problem solvers, designing power conversion systems required for both electrical automotive power electronics, auxiliary and industrial applications. They play a critical role in the development of Abhinava Rizel’s next generation of technologies and products, making the world a more efficient consumer of energy.
The following are the 3 key roles in our Power Electronics team.
Prototyping
Our Prototyping team responsible for the prototyping of state of art Electric Powertrain Components. They interact with various fabrication vendors, part suppliers etc. to source/fabricate the required components for the prototypes of our powertrain systems. They ensure required quality control/check techniques. They play a critical role in the development of Abhinava Rizel’s next generation of technologies and products, making the world a more efficient consumer of energy.
The following are the 4 key roles in our Prototyping team.
Structures
As a part of structures team, you will be responsible for the designing of structural components for various requirements for state of art electric powertrain systems. You will be responsible for developing parts including but not limited to transmission enclosures, motor enclosures, mountings, shafts, gears, gearboxes, gaskets, etc. with optimum performance, cost, and manufacturability. You will play a critical role in the development of Abhinava Rizel’s next generation of technologies and products, making the world a more efficient consumer of energy.

Testing & Validation
Our Testing & Validation Team are responsible for the physical validation of the Electric vehicle powertrain at both component and system level of state of art electric powertrain systems. They define and execute various validation techniques for motor, controller, gearbox as required. They execute the defined Design validation plan and will identify various failure modes for the components. They play a critical role in the development of Abhinava Rizel’s next generation of technologies and products, making the world a more efficient consumer of energy.
